Reserve Capacity in Skytap on Azure gives you a way to significantly reduce the cost of your Skytap subscription when you have regular, concurrent usage of compute or storage resources.
Once you’ve determined the level of resource usage you maintain month over month, you can request Reserve Capacity directly from within your Skytap subscription by filling out a request form. You will be contacted by a Skytap representative to verify and complete the purchase.
Skytap on Azure Reserve Capacity:
- Is available for Power compute, x86 compute and Storage for a term of 1 year
- Can be purchased in any available region
- Is paid in advance
